We hope you have enjoyed discovering more about Sister Kitty Witham and Syon Abbey! This exhibit has focused on only one sister in Syon Abbey’s 596-year history; however, the Syon Abbey Collection contains many more stories of the remarkable women who joined the community. 

Syon Abbey's archive, manuscripts and printed books are all catalogued and can be accessed in the Special Collections Reading Room (Ronald Duncan Reading Room) at the University of Exeter. The Syon Abbey Collection provides a unique and invaluable resource, which is available for anyone and everyone to research and enjoy.
